Cormsor LLC, operating eSIM Buying (“we”, “us”), is the data controller. This policy explains how we process personal information when you browse our website, buy an eSIM or request support.

Information we collect

• If you choose Google sign-in, your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image supplied by Google.
• Order details such as email address, destination, selected plan, price, transaction and delivery status.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, language, timestamps and security logs.
• Support communications you send through WhatsApp or email.
• Payment identifiers and status supplied by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to create and deliver eSIM orders, confirm payment, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with legal and tax duties, secure the service and improve performance. We do not sell personal information.

Google sign-in is optional. When used, orders previously associated with the essential device cookie and future purchases are linked to that Google account so they can be recovered without changing the normal checkout flow.

Service providers and international transfers

We use infrastructure, payment, eSIM fulfilment, analytics and support providers. Data may be processed outside your country with contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

Retention

The essential device identifier used to recognize a browser expires after 90 days. Purchased eSIM records remain available through the “My eSIMs” feature for up to 180 days. Checkout, activation and security records may be retained for up to 180 days for delivery, support, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Transaction, tax and accounting records may be retained longer where applicable law requires it. Activation credentials are restricted to the relevant order and are removed or de-identified when no longer reasonably needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Legal retention, fraud prevention and completed transaction records may limit deletion. Contact us with your order email and sufficient verification.

Cookies and local storage

We use a secure, essential device cookie for 90 days so a customer without an account can reopen purchased eSIMs on the same browser. The cookie contains a random signed identifier, not payment-card details or an activation code. We also use essential browser storage for language and checkout continuity. Blocking or deleting this storage may prevent order recovery on that device. Advertising cookies will not be activated without the consent required in your region.

Children

The service is not directed to children under the age required to enter contracts in their jurisdiction. Purchases must be made by an adult or with guardian authorization.
